Brandy Blake-Parker is a seasoned 508 Compliance Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager with more than a decade of proven experience helping federal agencies, contractors, and organizations make their digital content accessible to everyone. Her career is defined by a rare combination of deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a genuine passion for inclusion.
Brandy holds a DHS Trusted Tester Certification — one of the most rigorous credentials in the federal accessibility space — and brings hands-on proficiency with industry-leading tools including ANDI, JAWS, NVDA, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Accessibility Checker, and the WCAG Color Contrast Analyzer.
